To complete registration, please provide the original and copies of the following
documents:
➔ A completed registration form
➔ Student’s birth certificate
➔ Student’s National ID
➔ Two recent colored photos of the student, one photo of each of the
parents/guardians
➔ Student’s most recent academic transcript and current report card
➔ A copy of the student’s vaccination record (Kindergarten applicants only)
➔ A clearance certificate from the previous school, if applicable
➔ An equivalency educational certification is required from Addis Ababa Education Bureau for students applying from foreign institutions
Once all required documents are submitted, our admissions team will carefully review
the application. This includes evaluating academic records and diagnostic exams to
ensure the applicant is well-suited for his/her studies.
If the student meets all admission criteria, an official offer of admission will be issued.
This letter will outline next steps, including tuition payment details, orientation dates,
and other important information. To confirm enrollment, families should follow the
instructions provided in the admission offer. Once these steps are complete, your child
will be ready to begin their academic journey at Diamond.
